Description:

Are you feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or in need of processing trauma? Whether this is currently a difficult time or you need to heal from your past, we can work together to improve your life.

In these therapy sessions we will be working on identifying roots of your behaviors, feelings, and ways of thinking. We will develop ways to cope and tolerate distress in the present so that your emotions do not feel so overwhelming. By processing the past and equipping you with the tools to manage your current feelings we can work towards your long-term goals.

Due to constraints of virtual therapy, I only working with clients who are 16+ and are not working through current suicidal ideation. Additionally, I do not feel virtual services are appropriate for those who have been hospitalized due to mental health struggles within the past year.
